CAIXA’s General Shareholders’ Meeting is the body empowered to deliberate on all business matters related to its purpose. The General Shareholders’ Meeting shall be held, regularly, once a year pursuant to legislation and, extraordinarily, whenever required by the interests of the company, observing the legal aspects related to the call notices and resolutions.
