The Integrated Report aims to increase the transparency of accountability and improve the quality and depth of information presented to interested parties, resulting in a concise document, with a strategic and future-oriented focus, in order to explain how the organization generates value over time.
The Annual Charter on Public Policies and Corporate Governance, a transparency document that makes up the CAIXA Integrated Report, explains the commitments to achieve public policy objectives, in compliance with the collective interest that justified the authorization for the creation of CAIXA. The Annual Letter also discloses relevant information, in particular that relating to activities carried out, control structure, risk factors, economic-financial data, administrators’ comments on performance, corporate governance policies and practices and description of the composition and remuneration of the administration, thus complying with the requirements brought by Law 13,303/2016.
